Prepare Cake Layers
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and line a baking pan.
- Whisk eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. Fold in almond flour and all-purpose flour.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Let the cake cool completely before removing from the pan.
Make Coffee Buttercream
- Beat softened butter until creamy. Gradually add powdered sugar and mix until smooth.
- Add brewed coffee and mix until well combined.
Prepare Chocolate Ganache
- Heat heavy cream in a double boiler until just simmering.
- Pour the hot cream over the chopped chocolate and let sit for a minute, then stir until smooth.
Assemble the Cake
- Cut the cooled cake into layers. Spread coffee buttercream between layers.
- Pour chocolate ganache over the top and let it set before serving.
