Ingredients
  

Batter
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 pinch salt
Filling
  • 1 bunch scallions chopped
  • 1 medium carrot julienned
For frying
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Method
 

Prepare the batter
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, water, and salt to create a smooth batter.
Add fillings
  1. Fold in the chopped scallions and julienned carrot into the batter.
Cook the pancake
  1. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Pour in the batter and spread it evenly.
  2. Cook until the bottom is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
Serve
  1. Cut into wedges and serve hot with dipping sauce.
