Prepare the Dough
- In a bowl, mix the flour and salt. Add oil and water gradually to form a soft dough.
- Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth. Cover and let it rest for 20 minutes.
Prepare the Stuffing
- In a bowl, combine the mashed potatoes with cumin seeds, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
Assemble and Cook
- Divide the dough into equal portions. Roll each portion into a circle, place stuffing in the center, and fold the edges over to seal.
- Roll out the stuffed dough gently into a flat circle.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook the paratha on both sides until golden brown, adding oil as needed.
