Ingredients
  

Dough Ingredients
  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Oil for dough
  • 3/4 cup Water adjust as needed
Stuffing Ingredients
  • 1 cup Potatoes boiled and mashed
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • Salt to taste

Method
 

Prepare the Dough
  1. In a bowl, mix the flour and salt. Add oil and water gradually to form a soft dough.
  2. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth. Cover and let it rest for 20 minutes.
Prepare the Stuffing
  1. In a bowl, combine the mashed potatoes with cumin seeds, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
Assemble and Cook
  1. Divide the dough into equal portions. Roll each portion into a circle, place stuffing in the center, and fold the edges over to seal.
  2. Roll out the stuffed dough gently into a flat circle.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook the paratha on both sides until golden brown, adding oil as needed.
