Ingredients
  

Cream Mixture
  • 2 cups heavy cream chilled
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Passion Fruit Layer
  • 1/2 cup passion fruit pulp
  • 1 cup strong coffee cooled
  • 12 pieces ladyfingers

Method
 

Prepare the Cream Mixture
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
Assemble the Tiramisu
  1. Dip each ladyfinger briefly in the cooled coffee, then layer them in the serving dish.
  2. Spread half of the cream mixture over the ladyfingers, then add half of the passion fruit pulp.
  3. Repeat the layers with the remaining ladyfingers, cream mixture, and passion fruit pulp.
Chill and Serve
  1. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
