Ingredients
  

Peppers
  • 4 bell peppers any color
Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and slice the bell peppers in half, removing seeds.
  3. Place the peppers on a baking sheet, cut side up.
  4. In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, black pepper, minced garlic, and balsamic vinegar.
  5. Brush the mixture over the peppers.
  6. Roast in the oven for 30 minutes, or until tender.
