Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and slice the bell peppers in half, removing seeds.
- Place the peppers on a baking sheet, cut side up.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, black pepper, minced garlic, and balsamic vinegar.
- Brush the mixture over the peppers.
- Roast in the oven for 30 minutes, or until tender.
