Ingredients
  

Marinade
  • 1 cup piri-piri sauce
  • 4 pieces chicken thighs bone-in, skin-on
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine piri-piri sauce, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Add chicken thighs to the marinade and coat well. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Place the marinated chicken on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  3. Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
