  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Pistachios Chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  2. Fold in the chopped pistachios.
  3. Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami container and freeze for at least 4 hours.
  4. After freezing, process the ice cream in the Ninja Creami according to the manufacturer's instructions.
