Ingredients
  

Seafood
  • 500 grams prawns peeled and deveined
Sauce
  • 400 grams canned tomatoes crushed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
  • 1 cup white wine dry
  • 1 bunch parsley chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Method
 

Cooking the Sauce
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  2. Add crushed tomatoes and white wine, bring to a simmer. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Let the sauce cook for about 15 minutes to thicken.
Cooking the Prawns
  1. Add the prawns to the sauce and cook for about 5-7 minutes until they are pink and cooked through.
  2. Stir in chopped parsley before serving.
