  • 1 stalk celery finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon green onion finely chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
Sandwich Assembly
  • 8 slices bread your choice
  • Lettuce for serving
  • Tomato for serving sliced

Method
 

Prepare Egg Salad
  1. Peel and chop the hard-boiled eggs in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add mayonnaise, mustard, celery, green onion, salt, and pepper to the eggs and mix well.
Assemble Sandwich
