Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 4 pieces chicken breasts boneless
  • 2 tablespoons ras-el-hanout
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
Yoghurt Sauce
  • 1 cup plain yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh herbs chopped
Wraps
  • 4 pieces tortillas
  • 1 cup mixed salad greens

Method
 

Prepare Chicken
  1. Marinate the chicken breasts with ras-el-hanout and olive oil for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Grill the marinated chicken until cooked through and juices run clear.
Make Yoghurt Sauce
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine plain yoghurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, and chopped herbs.
Assemble Wraps
  1. Place grilled chicken and mixed salad greens on each tortilla.
  2. Drizzle with yoghurt sauce and roll up the tortillas.
