Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk warm
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
Raspberry Swirl
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Method
 

Prepare the Dough
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add melted butter, sugar, eggs, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Gradually add flour until a soft dough forms. Knead for 10 minutes.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour.
Prepare the Raspberry Swirl
  1. In a small saucepan, combine raspberries and sugar. Cook over medium heat until raspberries break down.
  2. Remove from heat and let cool.
Assemble the Loaf
  1. Once the dough has risen, roll it out into a rectangle.
  2. Spread the raspberry mixture over the dough and roll it up tightly.
  3. Place in a greased loaf pan and let it rise for another 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
