Prepare the Dough
- In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add melted butter, sugar, eggs, and salt. Mix well.
- Gradually add flour until a soft dough forms. Knead for 10 minutes.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour.
Prepare the Raspberry Swirl
- In a small saucepan, combine raspberries and sugar. Cook over medium heat until raspberries break down.
- Remove from heat and let cool.
Assemble the Loaf
- Once the dough has risen, roll it out into a rectangle.
- Spread the raspberry mixture over the dough and roll it up tightly.
- Place in a greased loaf pan and let it rise for another 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
