Ingredients
  

Almonds
  • 1 cup raw almonds roasted
Water
  • 4 cups water for blending
Sweetener
  • 2 tablespoons honey or to taste

Method
 

Prepare Almonds
  1. Roast the almonds in a dry skillet until golden brown.
Blend
  1. Combine roasted almonds and water in a blender and blend until smooth.
Strain
  1. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a bowl.
Sweeten
  1. Add honey to the strained almond milk and stir well.
Serve
  1. Serve chilled or over ice.
