Ingredients

  • 4 medium tomatoes ripe
  • 2 medium jalapeño peppers or to taste
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice freshly squeezed

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Chop the tomatoes and jalapeños into smaller pieces.
  2. Add the chopped tomatoes, jalapeños, garlic, salt, and lime juice to a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth or to your desired consistency.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later use.
