Ingredients
  

Pasta
  • 300 grams spaghetti
Sauce
  • 2 cans sardines in tomato sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Method
 

Cooking the Pasta
  1. Boil water in a pot and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions.
Making the Sauce
  1. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat, add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, and sauté until fragrant.
  2. Add the sardines with their sauce and cook for a few minutes.
  3. Stir in the chopped parsley and mix well.
Combining
  1. Drain the pasta and combine it with the sauce in the pan. Toss to coat evenly.
