Method
Cooking the Pasta
- Boil water in a pot and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions.
Making the Sauce
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat, add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the sardines with their sauce and cook for a few minutes.
- Stir in the chopped parsley and mix well.
Combining
- Drain the pasta and combine it with the sauce in the pan. Toss to coat evenly.
