Ingredients
  

Meatballs
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon oregano dried
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
Tzatziki Sauce
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cucumber grated
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Method
 

Prepare Meatballs
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a sheet pan.
Bake Meatballs
  1. Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
Make Tzatziki Sauce
  1. In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serve
  1. Serve the meatballs with tzatziki sauce on the side.
