  • 4 medium potatoes peeled and diced
  • 1 cup celery chopped
  • 1 cup onion chopped
Dressing
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon mustard

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Boil the diced potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  2. Drain and let cool.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooled potatoes, celery, and onion.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the dressing over the potato mixture and stir gently to combine.
