- In a saucepan, combine watermelon puree, sugar, and lemon juice. Heat over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
- Sprinkle gelatin over the mixture and whisk until fully dissolved.
- Add citric acid and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish and refrigerate until set, about 2 hours.
- Once set, cut into squares and enjoy your sour watermelon fruit chews!
