Ingredients
  

Seafood
  • 1 pound squid cleaned and sliced
Tofu
  • 14 ounces firm tofu pressed and cubed
Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons gochujang
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
Vegetables
  • 1 cup bell pepper sliced
  • 1 cup onion sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced

Method
 

Prepare Tofu
  1. Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut into cubes.
Cook Tofu
  1. Heat oil in a wok and fry the tofu until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
Stir Fry Squid
  1. In the same wok, stir fry the squid for 2-3 minutes until cooked.
Add Vegetables
  1. Add bell pepper, onion, and garlic to the wok and stir fry for another 3-4 minutes.
Combine and Serve
  1. Add the fried tofu back to the wok, pour in the sauce, and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
