Ingredients
  

Shrimp and Noodles
  • 1 pound shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 8 ounces noodles any type
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup vegetables mixed, such as bell peppers and broccoli

Method
 

Cooking the Noodles
  1. Boil water in a pot and cook the noodles according to package instructions.
  2. Drain the noodles in a colander and set aside.
Cooking the Shrimp
  1. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-5 minutes.
  3. Stir in soy sauce, sriracha, and vegetables, cooking until vegetables are tender.
Combining
  1. Add the cooked noodles to the shrimp mixture and toss to combine.
  2. Serve hot and enjoy!
