Method
Cooking the Noodles
- Boil water in a pot and cook the noodles according to package instructions.
- Drain the noodles in a colander and set aside.
Cooking the Shrimp
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-5 minutes.
- Stir in soy sauce, sriracha, and vegetables, cooking until vegetables are tender.
Combining
- Add the cooked noodles to the shrimp mixture and toss to combine.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
