Watermelon Fries
  • 1 medium watermelon peeled and cut into fry shapes
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper optional for extra heat

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the watermelon into fry shapes.
  3. In a bowl, mix chili powder, salt, lime juice, and cayenne pepper.
  4. Toss the watermelon fries in the spice mixture until evenly coated.
  5. Spread the fries on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
