  • 2 cups mixed greens
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup cucumber sliced
  • 1 cup grilled chicken sliced
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for dressing
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar for dressing

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Grill the chicken until fully cooked, then slice it.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and grilled chicken.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, then season with salt and pepper.
  4. Toss the salad gently to combine all ingredients.
  5. Top with crumbled feta cheese before serving.
