Frosting Base
  • 1 cup Unsalted Butter softened
  • 4 cups Powdered Sugar sifted
  • 2 tablespoons Milk or heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Strawberry Flavoring
  • 1 cup Fresh Strawberries pureed

Method
 

Prepare the Base
  1. In a bowl, beat the softened butter until creamy.
  2. Gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing until well combined.
  3. Add the milk and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth.
Add Strawberry Flavor
  1. Fold in the pureed strawberries until fully incorporated.
  2. Adjust consistency with more milk if necessary.
