Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup fresh berries optional
French Toast
  • 8 slices bread thick slices recommended
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp butter for cooking

Method
 

Prepare the Filling
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Prepare the French Toast
  1. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and cinnamon.
  2. Heat a griddle over medium heat and melt butter.
  3. Dip each slice of bread in the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are coated.
  4. Place half of the slices on the griddle, add a spoonful of filling, and top with the remaining slices.
  5. Cook until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
