Ingredients
  

Marinade
  • 1 cup Plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Tandoori masala
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger paste
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Chicken
  • 1.5 pounds Boneless chicken thighs Cut into chunks

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, tandoori masala, lemon juice, garlic paste, ginger paste, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
Cooking
  1. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through.
  2. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
