- In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, tandoori masala, lemon juice, garlic paste, ginger paste, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
Cooking
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
