- Clean and slice the squid into rings.
- Slice the bell pepper and onion, and mince the garlic.
Cooking
- Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add oil.
- Add garlic, onion, and bell pepper, stir-frying for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the squid and stir-fry for another 5 minutes.
- Stir in fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and black pepper, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in cilantro and basil before serving.
