Ingredients
  

Seafood
  • 500 grams squid cleaned and sliced
Spices and Seasonings
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
Vegetables
  • 1 cup bell pepper sliced
  • 1 cup onion sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
Herbs
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro chopped
  • 1 tablespoon basil chopped

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Clean and slice the squid into rings.
  2. Slice the bell pepper and onion, and mince the garlic.
Cooking
  1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add oil.
  2. Add garlic, onion, and bell pepper, stir-frying for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add the squid and stir-fry for another 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and black pepper, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in cilantro and basil before serving.
