Filling
  • 4 cups grapes seedless
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Taquito Assembly
  • 8 tortillas corn tortillas
  • 1 cup cheese shredded
  • oil for frying

Method
 

Prepare the Filling
  1. Place grapes, sugar, and cinnamon in a slow cooker and cook on low for 4 hours.
Assemble the Taquitos
  1. Mash the cooked grape mixture and place a spoonful on each tortilla, adding cheese before rolling.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the rolled taquitos until golden brown.
