Ingredients
  

Cake
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
Milk Mixture
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup whole milk
Topping
  • 1 cup heavy cream whipped
  • 1 tbsp sugar for sweetening
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

Prepare the Cake
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and baking powder.
  3. Add eggs, milk, and melted butter to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 30 minutes.
Prepare the Milk Mixture
  1. In a separate bowl, combine evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, and whole milk.
  2. Once the cake is baked, let it cool for 10 minutes, then poke holes in the top with a fork.
  3. Pour the milk mixture over the cake, allowing it to soak in.
Prepare the Topping
  1. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream with sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  2. Spread the whipped cream over the soaked cake.
  3. Chill the cake in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
