Tuna

Sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
Garnish
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds toasted
  • 2 stalks green onions sliced

Method
 

Prepare the Tuna
  1. Slice the tuna steak into thin pieces.
Make the Sauce
  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar.
Serve
  1. Arrange the tuna slices on a plate, drizzle with the sauce, and sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions.
