Filling
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup cranberries dried
  • 1 tsp sage
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
Pastry
  • 1 sheet puff pastry thawed
  • 1 egg egg wash beaten

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, cranberries, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into rectangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the turkey mixture onto each rectangle and roll them up.
  5. Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
Baking
  1. Place the rolls on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
