Ingredients
  

Meatballs
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
Couscous
  • 1 cup couscous
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt

Method
 

Prepare Meatballs
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
Prepare Couscous
  1. In a pot, bring water to a boil. Add couscous, olive oil, and salt. Stir, cover, and remove from heat. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Fluff the couscous with a fork before serving.
Serve
  1. Serve the turkey meatballs over the couscous.
