Ingredients
  

Chicken Marinade
  • 4 pieces Chicken thighs boneless
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Flatbreads
  • 4 pieces Flatbreads store-bought or homemade
Green Relish
  • 1 cup Cucumber diced
  • 1 cup Parsley chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Method
 

Prepare the Marinade
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, paprika, cumin, coriander, salt, and black pepper. Add chicken thighs and coat well.
Grill the Chicken
  1. Preheat the grill and cook the marinated chicken thighs for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
Make the Green Relish
  1. In a bowl, mix together diced cucumber, chopped parsley, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt.
Assemble the Dish
  1. Serve the grilled chicken on flatbreads topped with the green relish.
