Vegetables
  • 4 slices Tomato Sliced
  • 4 leaves Lettuce Rinsed and dried
  • 1 medium Avocado Sliced
Condiments
  • 4 slices Bacon Cooked until crispy
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise For spreading
Bread
  • 8 slices Bread Toasted

Method
 

Prepare the Chicken
  1. Grill the chicken breasts until fully cooked, then slice them.
Assemble the Sandwich
  1. On a slice of toasted bread, spread mayonnaise, add lettuce, tomato, avocado, bacon, and sliced chicken. Top with another slice of bread.
Serve
  1. Cut the sandwich in half and serve on a platter.
