Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1 cup Cashews soaked
  • 1 tbsp Nutritional yeast
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Coconut oil melted
  • 1 tbsp Probiotic powder
Aging Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Paprika

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Blend soaked cashews, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and melted coconut oil until smooth.
  2. Add probiotic powder and blend briefly to combine.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a cheese mold and smooth the top.
  4. Cover and let it ferment at room temperature for 24-48 hours.
Aging
  1. After fermentation, remove from mold and brush with olive oil and paprika.
  2. Place in a dehydrator at 95°F for 12-24 hours to develop a rind.
