Preparation
- Blend soaked cashews, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and melted coconut oil until smooth.
- Add probiotic powder and blend briefly to combine.
- Transfer the mixture to a cheese mold and smooth the top.
- Cover and let it ferment at room temperature for 24-48 hours.
Aging
- After fermentation, remove from mold and brush with olive oil and paprika.
- Place in a dehydrator at 95°F for 12-24 hours to develop a rind.
