Fudge Base
  • 1 cup cookie butter
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips for topping

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cookie butter, coconut milk, and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into a greased 9x9 inch baking pan.
  3. Sprinkle dark chocolate chips on top and gently press them into the fudge.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
  5. Cut into squares and serve.
