Ingredients
  

Dumpling Filling
  • 1 can Jackfruit shredded
  • 1 cup Cabbage finely chopped
  • 1 medium Carrot grated
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
Dumpling Dough
  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Water warm
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Method
 

Prepare the Dough
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt. Gradually add warm water and knead until smooth.
  2. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Make the Filling
  1. In a separate bowl, mix the shredded jackfruit, cabbage, carrot, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic.
Assemble the Dumplings
  1. Roll out the dough and cut it into circles. Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each circle.
  2. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal.
Cook the Dumplings
  1. Steam the dumplings for about 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
