Prepare the Dough

- In a separate bowl, mix the shredded jackfruit, cabbage, carrot, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic.
Assemble the Dumplings
- Roll out the dough and cut it into circles. Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each circle.
- Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal.
Cook the Dumplings
- Steam the dumplings for about 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
