Make Lavender Earl Grey Syrup
- In a saucepan, combine water and sugar. Bring to a boil, then add dried lavender and Earl Grey tea bags. Let steep for 15 minutes, then strain and cool.
Assemble Ice Cream Floats
- In serving glasses, add a scoop of vegan vanilla ice cream, pour in the lavender Earl Grey syrup, and top with fresh blackberries. Finally, add sparkling water to fill the glass.
