Ice Cream
  • 2 cups vegan vanilla ice cream
Lavender Earl Grey Syrup
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons dried lavender
  • 2 bags Earl Grey tea
Blackberries
  • 1 cup fresh blackberries
Sparkling Water
  • 2 cups sparkling water

Method
 

Make Lavender Earl Grey Syrup
  1. In a saucepan, combine water and sugar. Bring to a boil, then add dried lavender and Earl Grey tea bags. Let steep for 15 minutes, then strain and cool.
Assemble Ice Cream Floats
  1. In serving glasses, add a scoop of vegan vanilla ice cream, pour in the lavender Earl Grey syrup, and top with fresh blackberries. Finally, add sparkling water to fill the glass.
