Ingredients
  

Base
  • 1 cup dates pitted
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil melted
Matcha Layer
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 2 tablespoons matcha powder
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
Chocolate Layer
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate vegan
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil melted

Method
 

Prepare the Base
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine dates, almond flour, and melted coconut oil. Mix until well combined.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a baking dish to form the base.
Make the Matcha Layer
  1. In a separate bowl, mix coconut cream, matcha powder, and maple syrup until smooth.
  2. Spread the matcha mixture over the base evenly.
Add the Chocolate Layer
  1. Melt dark chocolate and coconut oil together, then pour over the matcha layer.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
Serve
  1. Once set, cut into bars and serve chilled.
