Method
Prepare the Base
- In a mixing bowl, combine dates, almond flour, and melted coconut oil. Mix until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a baking dish to form the base.
Make the Matcha Layer
- In a separate bowl, mix coconut cream, matcha powder, and maple syrup until smooth.
- Spread the matcha mixture over the base evenly.
Add the Chocolate Layer
- Melt dark chocolate and coconut oil together, then pour over the matcha layer.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
Serve
- Once set, cut into bars and serve chilled.
