Prepare the Filling

- In a mixing bowl, combine the sautéed spinach, vegan ricotta, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
Assemble the Pie
- Place the vegan pie crust in a pie dish.
- Fill the crust with the spinach and ricotta mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
