- Blend the corn kernels, cornmeal, milk, egg, salt, and sugar until smooth.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little butter.
- Pour a ladle of the batter into the skillet and cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown.
- Repeat with the remaining batter, adding more butter as needed.
- Serve warm with cheese or toppings of your choice.
