Prepare Meatballs
- In a bowl, combine ground pork, fish sauce, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and green onion. Mix well and form into small meatballs.

- Slowly stir in beaten eggs to create egg ribbons. Add bok choy and lime juice, and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
