Ingredients
  

Mocktail Base
  • 4 cups Watermelon, cubed
  • 1/4 cup Fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 2 cups Sparkling water
  • 1 tablespoon Honey or agave syrup optional for sweetness

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Blend the watermelon cubes until smooth.
  2. Strain the blended watermelon to remove pulp.
  3. In a pitcher, combine the strained watermelon juice, basil leaves, lime juice, and honey/agave syrup.
  4. Stir well and add sparkling water just before serving.
  5. Serve over ice and garnish with additional basil leaves if desired.
