Method
- Puree the watermelon in a blender until smooth.
- Add lime juice and sugar, then blend again until combined.
- Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and freeze for about 2 hours.
- Every 30 minutes, scrape the mixture with a fork to create a fluffy texture.
- Once fully frozen, serve in bowls or glasses.
