Watermelon Granita

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups watermelon, cubed
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons sugar adjust to taste

Method
 

  1. Puree the watermelon in a blender until smooth.
  2. Add lime juice and sugar, then blend again until combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and freeze for about 2 hours.
  4. Every 30 minutes, scrape the mixture with a fork to create a fluffy texture.
  5. Once fully frozen, serve in bowls or glasses.
