Watermelon Base
  • 4 cups watermelon, cubed
  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup sparkling water
  • mint leaves for garnish

Prepare Watermelon
  1. Blend the cubed watermelon until smooth.
  2. Pour the watermelon puree into glasses, filling them halfway.
Assemble Floats
  1. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream to each glass.
  2. Top with sparkling water and garnish with mint leaves.
