  • 4 cups watermelon, cubed Seedless watermelon is preferred.
  • 1/4 cup sugar Adjust based on sweetness of watermelon.
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice Freshly squeezed for best flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Blend the watermelon cubes in a blender until smooth.
  2. Add sugar and lime juice to the blended watermelon and blend again until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
  4. Scoop and serve the sorbet once frozen.
