Watermelon Steak Ingredients
  • 1 large watermelon seedless
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint chopped

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cut the watermelon into thick slices, about 1 inch each.
  2. Brush both sides of the watermelon slices with olive oil.
  3. Sprinkle salt and black pepper on both sides.
Grilling
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Place the watermelon slices on the grill and cook for about 5 minutes on each side.
  3. Remove from the grill and drizzle with balsamic vinegar and sprinkle with chopped mint.
