Preparation
- Cut the watermelon into thick slices, about 1 inch each.
- Brush both sides of the watermelon slices with olive oil.
- Sprinkle salt and black pepper on both sides.
Grilling
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Place the watermelon slices on the grill and cook for about 5 minutes on each side.
- Remove from the grill and drizzle with balsamic vinegar and sprinkle with chopped mint.
