Ingredients
  

Pasta
  • 12 oz Spaghetti
Beans
  • 1 can White beans drained and rinsed
Garlic
  • 4 cloves Garlic sliced
Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Red pepper flakes optional
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper
Garnish
  • 1/4 cup Parsley chopped
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated

Method
 

Cooking Pasta
  1. Boil water in a pot and cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
Preparing Sauce
  1. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and add sliced garlic. Cook until garlic is golden.
  2. Add the white beans and red pepper flakes, cooking for an additional 5 minutes.
  3. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Combining
  1. Drain the spaghetti and add it to the pan with the sauce. Toss to combine.
  2. Serve garnished with chopped parsley and grated Parmesan cheese.
