  • 1 medium tomato diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the sardines, mixed greens, diced tomato, and chopped red onion.
  2. Drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
