Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk warm
  • 1 packet instant yeast
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
Filling
  • 1 cup fruit filling such as jam or fresh fruit

Method
 

Prepare the Dough
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
  2. Add warm milk and melted butter, and mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  4. Let the dough rise for 30 minutes in a warm place.
Assemble and Bake
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Divide the dough into small balls and flatten each one.
  3. Place a spoonful of fruit filling in the center and fold the dough over.
  4. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
